Obituaries

Our dear Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother Rose, aged 90, died peacefully, after spending many precious hours with her family, on 12 January in Ward 24 at Christchurch Public Hospital. Rose was the loved and loving wife of the late Trevor Cain. She was the much loved Mother of Andrea and Angus, Dot and Graham, and the late Lesley. Rose was the kind Gran to Melanie, Justine, Sam, and Hannah. She was Granny Rose to Olivia, Emma, Tesla, Arlo, Lukre, and Zoe.

“We will miss you Mum, but are pleased you are at peace now.”

A Celebration of Rose’s life will be held in our chapel, 65 Vickerys Road, Wigram, on Tuesday, January 15 at 2.00pm.
